Videogame (2021)

Developer: TwinHeart Studios

Kitaria Fables is a action-adventure RPG with farming, crafting, and combat mechanics.

I had the pleasure of composing the original soundtrack for this title, blending playful and whimsical themes with moments of action and drama, all while capturing the spirit of adventure and discovery.

"The beautiful orchestral background music always also seems to match whatever setting our characters are in, topping off the entirety of the experience overall."

Limited Edition Vinyl Release

This limited-edition vinyl captures the whimsical charm and heartfelt melodies of Kitaria Fables.

Pressed on high-quality vinyl, it offers an immersive listening experience, perfect for reliving the game's world in a tangible, timeless format.

Behind-the-Scenes of the Music Process

The Kitaria Fables soundtrack combines the grandeur of a symphonic orchestra with the charm of diverse folk traditions. The goal was to capture the game's adventurous spirit while also reflecting the warmth and intimacy of its tender moments.

To bring the colorful world of Kitaria Fables to life, I expanded the orchestral palette with world instruments like accordions, classical Spanish guitars, Irish flutes, and Latin American pan flutes.

All woodwinds were beautifully performed by the multi-instrumentalist Gaby Folco, with additional Irish flute contributions by Duncan Krummel. The music was recorded at Maya Studio and expertly mixed and mastered by Facu Gonzalez. The vinyl release received a special mastering treatment by Ohad Nissim.
